1 About These Terms

The store at nexev.in is operated by NexEV Private Limited, registered in Karnataka, India (GSTIN: 29AALCN2942C1ZF). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and NexEV. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2 Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery details — we are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

3 Products & Descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its specifications and images. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or revision of the same component may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or refuse quantities, including bulk/workshop quantities, at our discretion.

4 Pricing & GST

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate for each product.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. HSN codes are applied per product category.
• Shipping charges, calculated by destination PIN code and parcel weight, are shown at checkout before payment and added to your order total.
• The price and total confirmed on the payment screen are the amounts payable. If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund the order.

5 Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised and verified. NexEV does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials — see our Privacy Policy.

6 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment and send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if a pricing/description error occurred, or if we suspect fraud. You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing service@nexev.in; once an order has shipped it is governed by our Return Policy.

7 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India from Bengaluru, Karnataka, via our logistics partners (including Delhivery). Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of NexEV. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any transit damage as set out in the Return Policy.

8 Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects only. Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect assembly, soldering, over-charging, short circuits, physical damage, water ingress, or any misuse. Consumables (tape, heat-shrink, insulation, nickel strip) are covered only until their sealed packaging is opened.

9 Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed entirely by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: returns are accepted for damaged/defective/incorrect items within 7 days of delivery; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please read that policy for full details, timelines and non-returnable items.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexEV's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. NexEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the assembly, charging, or use of battery packs built from our components. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on nexev.in — text, images, logos, and the NexEV name — is the property of NexEV Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12 Governing Law & Grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. This store operates in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
