Dual-layer protection — TI BQ76952 hardware faults trip in under 400µs before firmware even runs. A software SafetyEngine polls every 100ms as a second independent watchdog. Both must agree for the pack to operate.
Every fault, every spike, every anomaly — timestamped and written to flash. No more guessing why a pack failed in the field. Pull the log, replay the event, trace the root cause. Field diagnostics without a lab.
CAN bus with 29-bit extended IDs — 8 live telemetry frames covering pack voltage, per-cell voltages, temperatures, SoC, current, and fault status. Onboard Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi add wireless diagnostics on top of wired CAN/RS-485 for motor controllers, vehicle ECUs, and IoT gateways.
